Hi The squid with shrimp is an easy and quick first dish of fish to prepare. A dish that smells of the sea, delicate and tasty at the same time. The calamarata is a shape of pasta that resembles squid rings, that's why it's called calamarata. Ingredients 400 g Pasta (calamarata) 400 g Shrimp 100 g Tomatoes 50 g Arugula 1/2 Onions q.b. Olive oil q.b. Salt q.b. Peppers (optional) 1/2 glass White wine Preparation Prepare the shrimp Wash the shrimps under running water and remove the heads. Peel the shrimp tails or use them with the shell. Keep the shrimp heads aside. Prepare the dressing for the pasta Brown the grated onion in extra virgin olive oil, add the shrimp and sauté for 2-3 minutes, then blend with the white wine. Add the tomatoes cut in half and let the tomatoes dry. Add salt and pepper to taste and remove from heat. Cook the pasta In a saucepan pour plenty of water and shrimp heads. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
